Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.10574/2008/Sa.U.Thi-1-39, dated 10.09.2009 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner in the place of the 3rd respondent herein as Noon Meal Organiser at Tambunaickenpatty panchayat Primary School, Tambunaickenpatty, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent, appointing the third respondent as Noon Meal Organiser at Tambunaickenpatty Panchayat Primary School, Tambunaickenpatty, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and for further a further direction to appoint the petitioner in the place of the third respondent herein.

2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has submitted that at present there is a vacancy for Noon Meal Organiser in Mannadipet, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and that the case of the petitioner will be considered on merits for this said vacant post.

3.The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader has also been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
