This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 166 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the fact that the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 26.07.2023, by printing the name of Mr.P.Parthikannan, as learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.
