2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that these three Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order passed by the II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2019. This Court, by order dated 19.02.2020 set aside the orders passed by the Court below, but in the operative portion of the said order, instead of mentioning "I.A.Nos.1 to 3 of 2019 in O.S.No.3125 of 2014", it was wrongly mentioned as "I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.3125 of 2014". Hence, prays for appropriate orders.
3. In view of the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the operative portion of the order dated 19.02.2020 reads as follows:
"In the present case, the applications were filed not to 1/3
clear the ambiguity, but only to fill up the lacunae in the evidence. The trial Court without considering the same has mechanically allowed the applications. In the said circumstances, I am inclined to set aside the orders dated 20.12.2019 by the II Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.Nos.1, 2 & 3 of 2019 in O.S.3125 of 2014. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed."
4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 19.02.2020 and issue fresh order copy. 08.01.2021 kmi 2/3
