The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for an early disposal of OP.No.2926 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai.

2. The said original petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife seeking dissolution of marriage on the grounds of cruelty and desertion.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4. The adjudication of the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai in OP.No.2926 of 2024 is herein below extracted:- "21.08.24 Petitioner present, fresh notice to respondent, private notice is permitted call on 23.09.24.

5. A perusal of the above adjudication would indicate that the petitioner has rushed to this Court seeking an early disposal of the Original Petition when the counter itself has not been filed by the respondent and there does not appear to be any undue delay either on 3/5

the part of the respondent or on the part of the Court. The petitioner is seeking to jump the queue by getting orders from the this court for early disposal.

6. Considering the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
