This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in CC No.278 of 2003 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the case in CC No.278 of 2003, all the witnesses were examined, except Investigating Officer. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the present stage of the case, it is not proper to pursue this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur to complete the trial and dispose of the case in CC No.278 of 2003 as expeditiously as possible.
