Crl.A.No.665 of 2015 CRL A No.665 of 2015 N.ANAND VENKATESH Mr.R.Suresh, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Orathur Police Station, Cuddalore District, is present before this Court. 2.

When the Criminal Appeal was disposed of by this Court by judgement dated 02.01.2023, the sentence imposed on A2 was modified and A2 was directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as compensation by depositing the same before the Trial Court.

The matter is posted today under the caption for "Reporting compliance". The learned counsel for the appellant produced the copy of the receipt to establish that the compensation amount of a sum of Rs.50,000/- has already been deposited by A2 before the Trial Court on 02.02.2023.

Compliance is recorded. The Police Officer who was present before this Court informed this Court that the deposit of the sum of Rs.50,000/- by A2 has also been informed to PW2 to enable him to withdraw the amount.
