The applicant states that the cause of action of the suit arose at Chennai where the first defendant resides and where the shareholders agreement dated 25.02.2018 was entered into. The application is filed because the second respondent resides at Ramapuram which is outside the limits of the original jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, the cause of action for this suit has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.636 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the second defendant before this Court.
