ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent police herein to trace and produce the detenue namely, Priyadharshini, D/o. Krishnan, aged 17 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the second respondent and hand over to the petitioner herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, the custody of the detenue has been handed over to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also acknowledged the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
