ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 14261 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 15332 of 2024 dated 18.01.2024 as the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the credit of Crime No. 119 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3.De-facto complainant is appeared.

4.After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each [Totally a sum of Rs.50,000/-] to the credit of Crime No. 119 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stands cancelled.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
