ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 03.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 3344 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of twelve week.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and closed the case as "further action dropped". He also submitted that the referred charge sheet also served to the petitioner on 12.05.2025 in R.C.S.No.41 of 2025. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
