Mr.K.Magesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Enquiry Officer was appointed and Enquiry Officer filed the enquiry report. Based on the the same, the disciplinary authority has passed the final order. Therefore, in view of the subsequent development and the change of circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
