This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order as well as the Charge Memo issued by the respondent in PR (S)/II/18795/2005: : Z.O.(S) No.372/05 dated 11.08.2005 and PR.No.86/PR (S)(2)/2005 dated 19.08.2005 respectively and to quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader would submit that subsequently after the filing of the Writ Petition enquiry officer was appointed and he conducted enquiry and filed the report. They would further submit that based on the enquiry report, disciplinary authority has passed the final order.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the final order in the manner known to law.
