O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.1292 of 2010 in IA.No.1729 of 2008 in OS.No.1024 of 2004, on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Salem. Till date, the respondents have not been served with notice.

2. On previous hearing, ie., on 27.06.2019, the Registry was directed to ascertain whether IA.No.1729 of 2008 in OS.No.1024 of 2004 is still pending on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Salem. Accordingly, a communication was sent by the Registry to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Salem and the learned Judge had sent a report to this court stating that final decree has been passed in IA.No.1729 of 2008 in OS.No.1024 of 2004 on 19.01.2011 itself. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this present petition.

3. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
