C.M.P.No.2930 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 461 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent, C.M.P.No.2934 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent and C.M.P.No.2935 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 4 to 7 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank them as respondents 5 to 8 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr.P.Mani has entered appearance for the legal representatives and he stoutly opposes the applications.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, I am satisfied with the reasons given. These petitions are ordered as prayed for.
