The petitioner/first accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.566 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is the owner of the Lotus Ayurvedic and Saloon at Salem Road at Krishnagiri Town. When the respondent went over there, they found four lady victims, who had been rescued. The second accused is the Manager and the petitioner is the owner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that without knowledge of the petitioner, the second accused was conducting immoral activities at the place. That itself is an admission that immoral activities were actually conducted in the said place.

4. I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.
