ORDER

When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, enquiry was conducted and representation of the petitioner was considered.

2. It is further stated that Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Uthiramerur, in her proceedings in T.R.No.2026/N103/03/002549TR dated 08.06.2026, issued joint patta in the name of father of the petitioner and one Maruthamuthu Pillai in respect of Survey Nos.99/2A, 99/2B, 99/2C and 99/2D.
