ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 02.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21414 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking revocation of the order of suspension, in light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and also revoked the suspension order by the proceeding dated 18.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 18.03.2026 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
