This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.13192 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.15531 of 2022 on 30.08.2022, to report before the Trial Court twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
