PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 3rd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.01.2022 in C.S.R.No.25 of 2022 and file a FIR pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.01.2022 in C.S.R.No.25 of 2022 and file a FIR pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.01.2022, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.25 of 2022 and the case has been closed on 09.03.2022. He would further submit that the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner by registered post.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not received the closure report so far.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such furnishing of closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
