O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to register a case and transfer the investigation to the C.B. CID Wing or to CBI.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that no action was taken based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against one Suriyamoorthy and two others.

3. It seems that a criminal case was registered against the accused in Crime No.577 of 2006. Though the case was closed "as mistake of fact", but subsequently pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 23.11.2018 in Crl.R.C.No.1146 of 2013, the case is under investigation by Central Crime Branch, Egmore, Chennai. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the copy of the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.1146 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs.
