This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2012 made in W.P.No.32792 of 2012.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt has been positively complied with by the Chief Educational Officer, Cuddalore vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1690/E2/2020, dated 25.09.2020.
Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
