Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.19824/2012/M1 dated 14.07.2014 confirming the order of the second respondent vide Mu.Mu.No.4246/2013AA dated 16.12.2013, quash the same and further direct the third respondent to pay petitioner a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards the monthly maintenance.
