This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing to grant leave against the acquittal of the respondent/accused in S.T.C.No.26 of 2017, dated 31.12.2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambulur.

2. Mr.G.Ganesan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent/accused. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to call for the records from the concerned Court below and prepare the typed set of papers and list the appeal in the usual course.
