ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition for bail filed by the 5th accused who is one among 30 accused against whom the First Information Report has been registered for alienating Government land by creating fake documents. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that out of 30 accused, so far 6 accused were secured and 20 witnesses have been examined. Since most of the accused are at large, if the petitioner is released on bail, the investigation to retrieve the Government land and prosecute the persons who have perpetuated the crime will come to stalemate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The apprehension of the learned Public Prosecutor is well found and this Court is of the view that it would not be appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner who has created fake document and sold the Government property to private individual.
