ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.09.2023 in W.P.No.17719 of 2014.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader based on written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Vandavasi would submit that due to mistake a wrong computer entry has been made and the said mistake has been subsequently identified and necessary corrections are made and the original position was restored in accordance with the orders of this Court dated 08.09.2023 in W.P.No.17719 of 2014.

3. In view of the said factum, the present Contempt Petition stands closed.
