This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1528 days in representing the CMA.Sr.No.103332 of 2015.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been stated that the original deposit receipt could not be filed at the time of representation of the appeal. It had also been stated that the documents had to be obtained from Hosur and therefore the delay has occurred.

3. Heard Mr.S.Dhakshanamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. It appears that another Insurance Company aggrieved by the award had filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.993 in 2017. All the appeals have to be heard together on merits.

5. In view of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay in representation is condoned in C.M.A.SR.No.103332 of 2015. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
