ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition for bail in a case of Prevention of Corruption Act. According to the First Information Report, the petitioner herein was caught red handed in the trap laid by the respondent police, while he demanded and received bribe of Rs.8,000/-. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent stated that the investigation is still pending and the Phenolphthalein test report from the laboratory awaited.
