(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to admit the detenues 1.Rajkumar, son of Ravichandran, aged about 27 years and 2.Karthick, son of Gobi, aged about 26 years, before the Government Hospital for treatment of broken legs of the detenues, now in illegal custody of second respondent herein and to set them at liberty. 2.Pursuant to the earlier direction given by this Court on 24.03.2015, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted the Medical Reports dated 25.03.2015, in respect of the detenus herein, given by the Assistant Surgeon, Central Prison Hospital, Salem wherein it is opined by the Surgeon that the health condition of the detenu Rajkumar is normal and that the present condition of the detenu Karthikesan is stable with mild pain in thigh. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the medical reports dated 25.03.2015 furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 4.It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking remedy, according to law.
