O R D E R
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32255 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the condition can be modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police twice in a month. 2/4
4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl. O.P. No.32255 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the 'petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on first and third monday of every month at 06.30 p.m. until further orders'.
