Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide Mu.Mu.7679/Aa 4/2022 dated 02.12.2022 insofar as declaring one post P.G.Assistant (Commerce), sanctioned to the petitioner school as surplus is concerned and the consequential order of deployment passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.6715/A4/2022, dated 27.01.2023, deploying Tmt.S.Lalitha P.G.Assistant (Commerce) from the petitioner school to the fourth respondent school and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to restore the post of P.G.Assistant (Commerce), back to the petitioner school, on the basis of the workload norms.
