This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24892 of 2022 vide order dated 18.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24892 of 2022 by order dated 18.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
