ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.166 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 tha the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.166 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
