ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.03.2013 in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in W.P.No.5509 of 2013.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has expired and the main writ petition itself was also dismissed for default. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that steps have already been taken to restore the writ petition by impleading the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Insofar as the present contempt petition is concerned, there is no requirement for substituting the legal representatives in the place of the petitioner, since, the order of suspension was stayed by this Court and according to the petitioner interim order was not complied with. Now that the petitioner has died, there may be nothing to decide in this contempt petition. However, it is left open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to workout their remedy by restoring the writ petition.
