ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Pushpa, aged about 17 years, to secure his daughter, who is said to be in the illegal custody of the respondents 2 to 4 and to set her at liberty.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent ; the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the detenue Pushpa.

3.It is alleged that the minor detenue Pushpa has eloped with a boy by name Manikandan, the 2nd respondent herein. In the previous hearing, the detenue Pushpa was produced before this Court by Mr.K.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the detenue and she being a minor girl and as she expressed her unwillingness to go along with her parents, she was sent to the Government Home for Girls, Chennai10. 4.Today the detenue Pushpa is produced before this Court by the respondent police from the Government Home. The parents of the detenue are also present before us. The report of the Superintendent of the Government Home for Girls, Chennai-10, has also been furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
5.On enquiry, the detenue Pushpa has expressed her willingness to go along with her parents, who are present before this Court today. The parents have also accepted to take their daughter back home.
6.Recording the statement made by the detenue herein, she is permitted to go along with her parents and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
