M.SUNDAR, J Mr.E.V.Chandru @ E.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel on record for AG & OT (applicant in A.No.825 of 2022) and Ms.Dakshayani Reddy, learned counsel on record for applicant in Application No.1205 of 2022, who are before this Court, submit that common order dated 30.11.2021 made by me in a batch of applications (O.A.No.283 of 2018, A.No.2624 of 2018, A.Nos.10091, 10092, 10093, 10094, 10095, 10096 and 10097 of 2018, O.A.No.210 of 2019, A.Nos.1749, 1802, 1803, 1927, 2088, 2089, 2090, 2416 and 2417 of 2019, A.Nos.3111, 3112, 3113, 3114, 3115, 3116, 3210, 3211, 3212 and 3281 of 2019 and A.Nos.2272 and 2273 of 2021) has been carried in appeal by way of two intra Court appeals (by way of limited appeals) namely O.S.A.No.17 and 81 of 2022. Both learned counsel submit that Hon'ble Division Bench is now in seizin of the matter and has also made some interim orders.

2. In this view of the matter, both learned counsel request that they may be permitted to withdraw the captioned applications by saying the same are not pressed for the present and they make a further request to Page No.1/4

preserve rights of the applicants to resuscitate the prayers, if the need arises depending on the trajectory matter takes before Hon'ble Division Bench. This common request of both learned counsel acceded to.

3. Both learned counsel have made endorsements in their respective applications and a scanned reproduction of the same reads as follows:
