Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Memo No.513/Adm.I/A2/F. Card Billing/2011, dated 26.05.2011 and Memo No.913/Adm.I/A2/F. Assr Gr.II/2011, dated 01.06.2011 are illegal and void ab initio and thereby, forbear the 3rd respondent from utilizing the petitioners for assessment works in the Villupuram Electricity Distribution Circle.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the impugned order, in and by which, the petitioners were directed to be utilised for assessment works alternatively for a period of one month.

2. As a matter of fact, this prayer relates to the period 2011. By sheer efflux of time, the very grievance can be no more pending. This apart, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also submitted that subsequently, there has been a wage settlement including the 2/5

proceedings, dated 02.03.2018, in which, these aspects have been redefined, varied and agreed differently.

3. In view of the same, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.11.2023 Index : yes Speaking order : no grs To
