2. Learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff has handed over a copy of an invoice containing the impugned marks and evidencing commercial sale at Chennai.
3. Upon considering the aforesaid, it appears that atleast part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed, by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondent before this Court.
