When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by one Misbaghu Nisha, enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent. It is the matrimonial dispute. He would submit that the 2nd respondent has not harrassed the petitioner. Finding that there are litigations pending between the parties before the District Court, Nagapattinam, the enquiry has been closed. 2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed.
