PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint filed by the petitioner on 21.01.2018 and to take necessary action against the 4th respondent for filing false affidavit before the Hon'ble Court and to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within a stipulated time.

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 21.01.2018 filed by the petitioner and to take necessary action against the 4th respondent for filing false affidavit before the Hon'ble Court and to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within a stipulated time.
