Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in C3.D.O.No.16/2015 dated 11.02.2015 in detaining the detenu u/s.2[f] of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda, and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Pitchai Perumal @ Perumal, son of Ramachandran, male, aged 31 years, who is detained in the Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and set him atliberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) The petitioner, who is sister of the detenu herein, viz., Pitchai Perumal @ Perumal, son of Ramachandran, male, aged 31 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 11.02.2015 against her brother branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Piracy Act 1982 [Act 14 of 1982].

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent as against the brother of the petitioner dated 11.02.2015, has been revoked by the Advisory Board and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
