This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for her willful disobedience of the order passed in C.R.P.(PD).No.1303 of 2012 dated 10.07.2012, thereby, directing the respondent to produce her children before the Family Court every Sunday between 10.30 a.m., and 12.30 p.m.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent regularly produced her children before the Family Court and in fact, the main Petition itself was disposed of.
