..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in I.D.No.98 of 2001 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash its impugned Award dated 03.12.2002 and direct the 2nd respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner into his service with full back wages along with all attendant benefits. ORDER

On 11.03.2019, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and he sought time to bring the legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted "for orders" on 25.03.2019, 04.04.2019 and 16.04.2019.

2. Again, when the matter was taken up for consideration on 24.04.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought time to bring the legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 12.06.2019 to implead the legal heirs of the deceased. However, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

record the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands abated. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.40961 & 3981 of 2006 are closed.
