This Court has passed a detailed order on 12.9.2018 directing the Dean of Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai to appoint an experienced Senior Government Doctor in the Department of Orthopaedics to render his opinion on the discharge summaries and other medical reports given by Ayisha Hospital, Chennai and Royapettah Government Hospital, Chennai, so that a report can be submitted by the experienced Senior Government Doctor before the Court.

2. When the matter was taken up, no report as called for has been submitted and even the Special Government Pleader (Labour) is also not appearing. Therefore, Mrs.A.Sri Jayanthi, learned Special Government Pleader, who is present in Court, is directed to co-ordinate with the Dean of Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai for appointment of an experienced Senior Government Doctor in the Department of Orthopaedics and ensure that the direction issued by this Court on 12.9.2018 is punctually complied with. Post the matter on 09.08.2019.
