2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the 4th respondent herein is impleaded as the 4th respondent in the main Writ Petition.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take notice to the impleaded respondent returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to serve the learned Standing Counsel for the impleaded respondent.

5. Post the Writ Petition after two weeks.
