This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names with full address has been printed in the cause list, none entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.

3. I have considered the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Having satisfied with the same, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P. and post the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
