This petition has been filed to amend the cause title (a) 1st respondent police are wrongly mentioned as The Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing-II, Chennai, Crime No.23 of 2021 instead of The Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing-I, Chennai, Crime No.23 of 2021 and (b) 4th respondent police are wrongly mentioned as The Inspector of Police CCD-III, Thirunelveli City Police Station, Crime No.6 of 2021 instead of The Inspector of Police, CCD-III, Thirunelveli Police Station, Crime No.6 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6545 of 2022 order dated 23.09.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.6545 of 2022, dated 23.09.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
