Since the case is filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the petitioner has acquitted from the above offence in S.T.C.No.94 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.I, Erode. Therefore, this revision has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
