The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the first appeal against the decree and judgment dated 29.04.2019 made in O.S.No.4 of 2016 on the file of Principal District Judge, Vellore.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned. The C.M.P.No.6740 of 2020 is ordered.
