This miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the relief sought in the writ petition from mandamus to certiorarified mandamus, since the petitioner has now come to know that an order had been passed on 27.10.2015 by the 3 rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2017/AA3/2015. Since there is no shift in the nature of relief sought, this petition stands allowed.

2. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment as stated in the aforementioned miscellaneous petition.
