ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of mandamus, directing the official respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Deputy Commissioner by way of including the petitioner in G.O (MS) No. 143 dated 28.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the posting was given to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
